Aggie Chydzinski and Cristy O’Connor are the co-founders of Athena Advisory Collective. They bring decades of experience leading companies, supporting entrepreneurs, and guiding business partnerships through growth and transition.
Aggie specializes in leadership alignment, partnership dynamics, and operational clarity. Cristy brings deep expertise in sales strategy and exit planning and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation.
Together, they have helped dozens of women-owned businesses grow in value, lead with intention, and prepare for successful exits. Their work is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a shared mission to support women who are building something bigger than themselves.
